Situated on the ground floor, the apartment has a lounge/dining area, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. The apartment is newly decorated, is modern and bright. There is ample space for sitting outside and there is shared use of the owners large swimming pool. Situated in the residential area of Santa Ana, the apartment is within walking distance of a small beach, a large selection of restaurants, bars, shops, small supermarket, a children’s playground and the centre of the town Es Castell. The apartment is only 3km from Mao (Mahon) on the South East side of Menorca.

The apartment, which can sleep up to 4 has 2 double bedrooms which have large built-in wardrobes. The kitchen is equipped with the usual appliances and has a rear door that leads out to a patio area which is ideal for eating out, sunbathing or enjoying an evening drink!

A weekly maid service is provided for those guests staying longer than a week.

A cot can be provided should guests require one. There is a television provided in the lounge with Spanish channels and a video. 

The pretty grounds around the property are ideal for sunbathing, outside chairs, table and loungers are provided. There is also a BBQ available for your use.
