The Villa

The villa is situated in its own grounds facing South West with sea views. It is in close proximity to a small supermarket, bars, restaurants, children’s playground, bus stop and a beautiful sandy beach is a 10 to 15 minute walk away.

The villa, which can sleep up to 6, is modern and is newly furnished. There are 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a through lounge/diner and kitchen.

The kitchen is equipped with the usual appliances plus a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.

There is a flat screen colour LCD TV with DVD player plus a mini hi-fi in the lounge.

There is a weekly maid service and the private pool is also regularly cleaned and maintained.

The sun terrace around the pool is a fabulous spot for relaxing and taking things easy. There is also a magnificent first floor balcony which is a perfect place for a morning cup of coffee or evening nightcap! The balcony can be accessed from the landing or from the master bedroom via french doors.

There are two bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom with over bath shower. The third bedroom is downstairs along with another bathroom with shower cubicle.
